1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WryveAI at wryveai.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

WryveAI is a fully automated AI-powered content writing platform that generates SEO-optimised articles using live SERP intelligence. The platform is operated by WryveAI, based in St Lucia, and serves customers globally. No human-driven writing or editorial services are involved in the delivery of content.

3. Early Access

WryveAI is currently in an early access phase. Access is available by application only and is subject to approval. Early access is a paid subscription, not a free trial. Submitting the early access form does not guarantee immediate platform access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

All WryveAI plans are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing you authorise WryveAI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund on all purchases. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your payment please contact us at support@wryveai.com and we will issue a full refund.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Article Allocation

Each plan includes a fixed number of articles per month. Unused articles do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Article allocations reset at the start of each billing period.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WryveAI only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to generate content that is defamatory, misleading, harmful, or in violation of any applicable law. WryveAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content generated through WryveAI using your inputs is owned by you. WryveAI retains ownership of its platform, technology, brand, and underlying systems. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the WryveAI platform without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

WryveAI is provided on an as-is basis. We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, traffic outcomes, or content performance. Results may vary depending on your market, niche, and how content is used.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WryveAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of St Lucia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of St Lucia.
